Shipping Instructions

Cut stems at an angle before placing them in water. This prevents air blocks in the stems ensuring flowers absorb water.
Place the bouquet in a vase of water. Keep out of direct sunlight. DO NOTput in the fridge /freezer, this causes flowers molding.
Avoid touching petals. Overly touching causes visible bruising when dried.
Send flowers within 4 days of your event. Keep water clean. Retrim stems if taken out.

Soak several paper towels in cool water. Make sure there is enough liquid for the flowers to have a drink during shipment but not dripping wet.
Wrap the soaked paper towels around just the STEMS of the bouquet.
Wrap a plastic bag (such as a grocery bag or Ziplock) around the paper towels. DO NOT let the plastic touch the flower petals as it will cause wilting.
Wrap the plastic around the paper towels/stems to secure. Make sure it doesn’t leak.
Wrap flower heads in a dry tissue or kraft paper.
During the summer months, put several ice packs in Ziplocks (that you do not want returned) in the box to keep your flowers cool.
Cushion the inside of any standard box with crumpled paper. Please no packing peanuts!
Include a note in the box with your: Full Name, Event Date, Email, Phone #.
Take your package to the postal service of your choice. We recommend FedEx or UPS for the best rates and service.
Request overnight or 1–2-day shipping AND tracking (it must arrive no later than 4 days MAX). If your wedding is on the weekend, ship the following Monday.

When your piece is finished, you will be notified and given tracking information. We carefully package and ship back to you for free on all orders.
Just a reminder that orders can take up to 6 months to finish, but it will be well worth the wait!

We will only ship back finished products. We do not ship back extra flowers.
